Unique Pilates Methods
We offer true “boutique” style Pilates but set to fun, funky music. With a combination of contemporary and classical styles of Pilates methods, we have created a very special work out including Reformer Machines, Springboards and other modalities.
Our smaller class size ensures you get the attention you need to improve your skills. In larger classes, there is little time to spend with each individual in regards to proper form, alignment, and corrections are compromised.
No Rules
We are a 100% Female, Locally and Privately-Owned/Operated business. We are NOT a franchise and operate by our own Rules💪.
Not everyone is suited for large group Reformer classes and private lessons may be the best option. Please discuss all conditions with instructors before class.
For those not suited for the group classes or who have injuries: we do offer private and semi-private sessions!
