FAQ

Do I have to sign a contract?

No!  We offer no contracts so you may stop your membership at anytime!

What is your class cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled prior to 12 hours before the start of class.  If cancellations occur within 12 hours of class this is considered a late cancel which will result in loss of class pass and a fee of $25.00.  “No-Shows” are also charged a loss of the class pass and a $25.00 fee.

The reason for this policy is there are 10 reformers in the class.  When you book a class you are reserving a “reformer” that no one else can book or reserve.  Since most people have to plan their work day around their workout, we have very few clients who can or will book at the last minute.  So if you cancel within the 12 hour window we are highly unlikely to get the reformer booked out before class and we loose money.  Empty reformers result in loss of revenue for the studio!

What happens if I arrive late for class?

We ask clients to arrive 10 minutes before start of class in order to put away belongings, remove jewelry, silence phone, and select a reformer.  If you arrive within the first 5 minutes of class for the warm up you will be allowed in.  After 5 minutes or after warm up is complete no entry is allowed into the class.

This is due to the inherent danger that comes with Pilates Reformer machines and increased chances of injury if the warm-up is missed and a client jumps into class “cold.”

What is your jewelry policy?

Please refrain from wearing jewelry and watches on the Reformer machines.  Too much bling-bling damages the reformers and gets in the way of a good workout.  You may cover up watches and rings with fabric or silicone bands if needed.

What is your cell phone policy?

Cell Phones are not allowed in the studio.  Please silence cell phones and leave in cubicle.  These are a distraction to other clients and the instructors.

Is there an age limit?

No minors allowed, must be 18 years of age.  There is no maximum age limit, however certain conditions may not be suitable for large group reformer classes.  Some conditions are better accommodated in a private or semi-private session.  Instructors reserve the right to deny entry into the group classes at any time if safety is determined to be at risk.

What is your Refund policy?

No refunds are given.  Due to keeping costs down by not charging administrative fees, initiation fees, membership fees or cancellation fees; we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.  Your passes are valid until the expiration date and may be used until they expire after you cancel your membership.  Classes cannot be refunded, no roll-overs offered, and may not passed on to others.  Some classes/specials are not allowed to be placed on hold.  Expiration dates are clearly posted with each offer and membership.  Please contact front desk staff for any questions regarding expiration dates or holds.
