FAQ
Is there a membership fee, Initiation fee or cancellation fee?
Nope! There are NO hidden fees. We are proud of our transparency and all pricing is posted on website! Some special offers will be posted on Social Media, as well!
What is your class cancellation policy?
Classes must be cancelled prior to 24 hours before the start of class. If cancellations occur within 24 hours of class this is considered a late cancel which will result in loss of class pass and a fee of $20.00. “No-Shows” are also charged a loss of the class pass and a $20.00 fee.
What happens if I arrive late for class?
We ask clients to arrive 10 minutes before start of class in order to put away belongings, remove jewelry, silence phone, and select a reformer. If you arrive within the first 5 minutes of class for the warm up you will be allowed in. After 5 minutes or after warm up is complete no entry is allowed into the class.
This is due to the inherent danger that comes with Pilates Reformer machines and increased chances of injury if the warm-up is missed and a client jumps into class “cold.”
What is your jewelry policy?
Please refrain from wearing jewelry and watches on the Reformer machines. Too much bling-bling damages the reformers and gets in the way of a good workout. You may cover up watches and rings with fabric or silicone bands if needed.
What is your cell phone policy?
Cell Phones are not allowed in the studio. Please silence cell phones and leave in cubicle. We ask everyone to be respectful of others: phones are a distraction to other clients and instructors; plus they pose a safety risk.
Is there an age limit?
Must be 18 years of age. There is no maximum age limit, however certain physical conditions may not be suitable for large group reformer classes. These physical conditions are better accommodated in a private or semi-private session. Instructors reserve the right to deny entry into the group classes at any time if safety is determined to be at risk.
What are your Refund and Hold policies?
No refunds are offered. In an effort to keep our costs competitive, we do not offer refunds. Passes are valid until the expiration date and may be used until they expire after you cancel your membership. Classes cannot be refunded, no roll-overs offered, and may not passed on to others. Some memberships/classes/specials are not allowed to be placed on hold. Expiration dates are clearly posted with each offer and membership. Please contact front desk staff for any questions regarding expiration dates or holds.
