Kristy Staebel
Kristy has been an avid student of Pilates for 18+ years and became an Instructor in 2023. She has obtained her training through Balanced Body, various private studios across 5 states, and completed her formal Pilates program through Club Pilates. She started plans to build her privately-owned Pilates studio last year and the journey has been tremendous!
Kristy is also a BSN, RN certified specialist in Wound, Ostomy & Continence; and backed by an MBA in Healthcare Management. It is her goal to provide a safe, FUN and Unique Pilates experience for Corpus Christi! Beware, her music in class is LOUD and FUNKY...
She is proud to be 100% female owned/operated, and is a local! She graduated from Flour Bluff High and is extremely proud of her Hornets. When not at the hospital or studio, she loves to spend time with her dog Daisy who will be hanging out at the studio with her!
Jennifer Flores
Jennifer Flores is a passionate wellness advocate with a deep-rooted love for clean eating and functional training. With two decades of experience in the fitness industry, she empowers clients to achieve holistic well-being through mind, body, and soul harmony. As a certified Mat Pilates and Reformer Level 1 & 2 Instructor, Nutritional Coach, and Personal Trainer, Jennifer is guiding you on a transformative wellness journey. Jennifer's expertise lies in creating customized fitness plans that align with your unique goals and lifestyle. Her holistic approach incorporates the power of Pilates, benefits of clean nutrition and the strength-building advantages of personal training. She believes true wellness is achieved through a balanced approach that nourishes both your physical and mental health and the strength-building advantages of personal training.
Connie Sanchez
Connie Sanchez is a dedicated 400-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Pilates Reformer 1 Instructor, based in Corpus Christi, TX. Trained by Akasha Yoga & Divine Global People, Connie received her initial yoga certification in January 2022 and has been teaching Hatha and Yin yoga ever since. In April 2024, she expanded her expertise with a Pilates Reformer 1 Instructor Certification and a Sound Healing Certification from Balanced Body.
Connie’s teaching philosophy emphasizes the unity of breath and movement, which she believes fosters alignment both physically and within oneself. She is passionate about guiding her community through practices that promote mindfulness and well-being, with daily meditation being a cornerstone of her personal routine.
A fervent advocate for the transformative power of yoga and Pilates, Connie's journey began in 2021 and has profoundly impacted her life. She fell in love with the reformer from the moment she encountered it and is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and positive energy with others. Outside of her professional endeavors, Connie is an avid animal lover and embraces a life filled with love and joy.
She looks forward to contributing her vibrant yoga vibes to the studio and helping others discover the benefits of a balanced and mindful lifestyle. 🙂
